Who we are

This privacy notice is issued by AMPM Group Limited, registered in England & Wales under company number 17136810, registered office in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. References to "AMPM", "we" and "our" mean AMPM Group Limited and, where context applies, its subsidiaries (including Gemini AMPM Limited and AMPM Building Services Limited). What we collect

Information you give us — name, employer, email, phone, role, and any context you include when you contact us or submit an enquiry.
Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer and time of visit, via privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (see the cookies notice).
Members-area information — if invited to the investor portal or vault, the email you sign in with and access events for that account. Portal views are watermarked with your email for traceability.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

Responding to enquiries — legitimate interest in operating our business.
Providing gated areas — legitimate interest in protecting confidential information shared under invitation, including watermarking and access logging.
Improving the site — legitimate interest, via aggregated, anonymised analytics.
Legal compliance — responding to regulators, courts and lawful requests.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, email, analytics — bound by contract), with regulators and advisers where required, and between group entities where needed to answer your enquiry.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, plus legally required periods (typically six years for contract and tax records). Portal access logs are kept for the relationship plus twelve months.

International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Write to hello@ampm.co.uk.
